香港 - Media OutReach - 2020年12月1日 - 李錦記醬料集團宣佈由即日起委任林碧寶女士為行政總裁。
林碧寶女士在不同知名跨國食品公司擁有逾25年的工作經驗。加入李錦記前，林女士任職達能集團生命早期營養品業務的大中華區區域副總裁。林女士早年曾任畢馬威會計師事務所審計師，其後加入百事中國，最後擔任的職位為大中華區主席。在百事公司22年的任期內，她分別在財務、市場營銷及飲料瓶裝和食品營運方面擔任管理職位。林女士持有美國波特蘭大學工商管理碩士學位及香港城市大學會計學學士學位。
李錦記醬料集團主席李惠中先生歡迎林女士加入，並表示：「林女士資歷深厚，定能領導集團的整體業務策略和發展、加強團隊協作、推動創新，鞏固集團為亞洲醬料和調味品全球領導地位。我們冀盼與林女士一起努力實現集團『有人的地方，就有李錦記』的願景。」
