Completes acquisition of Transit Fare Management and Fleet Management Solutions businesses from Conduent

TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Modaxo Inc. ("Modaxo"), a global technology organization focused on moving the world's people, today announced the launch of Novvan and Routeward, two new Modaxo business units that comprise the Transit Fare Management and Fleet Management Solutions businesses acquired from Conduent Incorporated.

This is Modaxo's largest acquisition to date, with over 2,000 colleagues, based in 15 countries, joining the team.
